My interview process started through connections from job portals, and the timeline felt messy from the beginning. I had an HR call where the person spoke very fast, so it was hard to absorb what was being said. After that, I filled out a form to share my available time slots, but the interview ended up being scheduled based on the interviewer’s convenience instead of mine.
The technical interview itself was the only part that felt clearly positive—the interviewer was friendly and professional, and I felt like I did well. But follow-up communication became a major issue. I later received an email indicating I cleared the first round and needed to attend a face-to-face second round, yet the message felt casual enough that it raised concerns about authenticity. I tried reaching out to the HR contact listed in the invitation to verify it, but I didn’t get a response.

Difficult Positive Bengaluru
My interview started with a virtual screening call, and it was framed like a timed DSA round for about 30 minutes. After that, it moved into technical questions that covered Java and Spring Boot, plus system design. They also drilled into my AI experience, and I had to talk through it as part of the technical evaluation.
The flow had a very specific structure: they described that if I was selected in the virtual stage, an HR manager call would follow with an offer discussion where compensation, role, and location would be covered before the final offer. They said the offer would be released within a week after that stage, and they estimated the full process took roughly a couple of weeks.
