The process started with an initial recruiter touchpoint over the phone, and then it moved into more structured follow-ups. I first got an email with general HR-style questions—where I’d worked before, salary expectations, and even internal versus external policy topics—then I completed a video interview where I spoke with three people from the team. That round mixed both technical and behavioral questions, and the whole thing felt fairly coordinated and steady.

After that, the timeline stretched to about a month end to end. I remember an on-campus event earlier in the process, followed by a recruiter call about two weeks later, and then a superday soon after that—multiple 30-minute interviews back-to-back with team members. Across the day, the questions were split fairly evenly between technical-style prompts and more personality/fit questions, and the interviews were clearly focused on how I would work in a high-pressure setting.
