Average Positive Westlake, TX

I went through two rounds, starting with a phone screen that lasted about 45 minutes and then a second call with a manager, also around 45 minutes. The recruiter was careful to make sure I could speak to what was on my resume, and the technical part of that evaluation showed up alongside behavioral prompts.

The manager interview mixed behavior and technical topics too, so it wasn’t like one round was purely people skills and another was purely coding. The difficulty overall was average, and the process felt like it moved on schedule with clear expectations. What stuck with me most was how much they anchored on my resume—if I couldn’t connect my answers back to my actual experience, that would’ve been a problem.

Difficult Neutral Galway

I went into a difficult interview experience that involved multiple interviewers. They kept asking questions related to Linux, team collaboration, and even skills I had learned without having solid knowledge in those areas, plus topics like SQL and AWS.

There were also issues on the interviewer side—one had connectivity problems and another seemed confused during parts of the process. Even though some of them might have been technically strong, it didn’t translate well into interviewing, and that made the difficulty feel higher than it should’ve. I didn’t get an offer, and the biggest takeaway was how uneven the interview execution felt compared to the technical topics being tested.
