Average Neutral India

I went through an average-difficulty, project-and-concept-led technical interview process with two technical rounds, ending with HR/fit in the mix.

Technical round 1 (resume/projects + concepts + coding)we started with my introduction and deep-dived into my resume; they asked about tools I used (e.g., Postman, databases) and then moved into advanced OOP concepts, followed by two coding problems.

Easy Negative Bengaluru

My experience started off promising on paper, with HR from Bangalore handling fitment and walking through the job description and role alignment through a couple of calls. After that, I was scheduled for a technical round with someone from a Singapore office.

Right before the scheduled time—literally minutes ahead—I got told the interview had to be rescheduled because the interviewer was on week-long leave. The replacement was even more awkward: an APAC VP was set for an early morning call, and after I waited for a long stretch of time, the call never happened. There was no clear communication from HR or the interviewer, and only after I contacted the recruiter did I learn the interview had been canceled and reassigned to someone else.
