After I applied, they sent me a GitHub link for a small project and asked me to build an API. There wasn’t a strict deadline called out; they made it clear I could take as much time as I needed. Even so, they noted it usually took most people about one to two hours to finish.
I didn’t end up getting an offer. The process felt straightforward and self-paced up front, but it also meant the only real signal was how I performed on that API build.

My process started with a take-home OA-style assignment. After I passed it, I got a phone screen where at least one interviewer reviewed my resume and walked through the take-home with me.
Then I was invited to an in-person superday in the office for three back-to-back rounds in one day. The first round was a LeetCode-style easy problem. The second was object-oriented design, and the third was behavioral. The overall bar felt like it was more about how I structured ideas and communicated than just memorizing algorithms.
