I had a mostly friendly, professional interview where the whole conversation felt organized and fair. It started with a discussion of my previous experience and technical skills, and they also wanted to understand how I solved problems. Along the way, they asked about teamwork and how I handled challenges, and the interviewers were clear about what they expected and what would happen next.
The part that stood out to me was how much it leaned into behavioral and communication style rather than a deep coding test. I was asked questions like describing a time I worked successfully in a team, and the tone stayed respectful throughout. Unfortunately, the result didn’t go in my favor—there was a rejection soon after—which made the whole thing feel a bit abrupt despite the smooth atmosphere. Looking back, I felt the interview itself was handled well, but the final decision still came down to fit factors outside of pure interview performance.

Easy Positive Deutschland
I started with a pretty light first conversation where the focus was on my past experience and my educational background and how that matched what the role needed. They walked me through their hiring process and what the timeline would look like, and we also touched practical topics like salary expectations. We even discussed whether I’d be willing to relocate, since that came up as part of the process. Overall it felt easygoing and straightforward, mostly about fitting my profile into what they had in mind rather than anything technical.
