Average Positive Edinburgh, Scotland

My process felt pretty structured, even though it moved quickly between steps. After applying online, I completed a brief phone screen, then I was assigned an eight-hour take-home project. Once I submitted that, I was invited to a three-hour onsite that included multiple parts: a technical test, a technical interview, and a general fit interview.

Overall I walked away feeling positive, but I also noticed the flow could feel a bit haphazard or arbitrary at moments. The experience wasn’t hostile, just not as polished as I expected for a multi-step process like that. I didn’t end up with an offer, but the format itself at least gave me a clear view of the kinds of assessments they were using.
