Average Positive Dublin, Dublin

After applying on the Meta careers site, my timeline moved from an OA into interviews with a fairly noticeable gap first. I did the OA and then waited the longest stretch between steps before getting to the first real round. Once I started meeting interviewers, the pace tightened—typically about a week between stages.

My structure included an initial round interview that covered LeetCode-style coding along with networking. The next stage stayed similar but felt a bit harder, with coding and networking again, and then I also had an HR-related discussion at the end. Separately, in another part of the process I went through a CodeSignal OA and then a single 45-minute interview where I saw two LeetCode questions and then a short wrap-up with time for my own questions.
