The interview experience felt unusually disjointed and then abruptly ended. I met with four people total over Zoom: the hiring manager and three team members. The questions didn’t go deep into anything technical for the role I applied for; they were mostly basic background questions, and there wasn’t much of a chance to demonstrate my skills directly.

What stood out most was the pace and the lack of real feedback. The process moved fast—fast enough that it almost felt like I should have expected more substantive evaluation—then I was essentially left hanging. After I reached out about status, I quickly received a cookie-cutter decline email, and there was very little context about what went wrong.
