I went through a pretty clean, straightforward sequence. After the early stages, I had a technical interview and it was more about talking through code than writing anything live. The interviewer asked questions about code and my understanding of it, then moved on from there.
Next I spoke with the PO, and after that I met the team lead/manager. The overall vibe felt smooth and organized, with each round building on the previous one rather than suddenly changing the format. By the time I reached the manager conversation, I felt like I’d already established my technical baseline, so it was easier to stay relaxed and focused.

Easy Positive Debrecen
My process felt fairly easy and low-pressure. The first part was HR-style conversation where I covered the usual basics—introducing myself and sharing what I knew about BMW—and then we moved into something practical like confirming availability and hours by looking at my schedule. After that, the rest of the time turned technical, but it stayed at a beginner/“know the basics” level tied to their tech stack.
What stood out was how little strain there was during the conversations. I remember being asked about OOP and C# in one technical segment, plus behavioral questions, and I also felt that the interviewers were genuinely friendly. In another round, the discussion stayed anchored around my projects and day-to-day experience, and there was a clear focus on understanding my background rather than trying to catch me off guard. My CV also got reviewed more closely than I expected.
