Average Negative Heredia

My process was short and tightly structured: I had two interviews. One was with the manager of the team, and the other was a technical conversation with team members.

Both technical and managerial parts ended up centering on live coding. In the technical round, the live coding was split into two parts—one focused on front-end and the other on back-end—so the day felt like it was testing how I think end to end rather than only one side.

Difficult Positive United States

My first stage was an online assessment that was genuinely tough: it included LeetCode-style hard problems, and that difficulty level was obvious from the start. There was also a later stage that I didn’t make it to, which I understood to be behavioral in nature.

Even though I didn’t progress, the process itself felt well structured and timely. The part that stuck with me most was how the coding assessment raised the bar immediately—there wasn’t much of a ramp-up once I started.
