My interviews were compact but technical. I started with a manager conversation focused on general software engineering, and we went through a mix of practical topics like React best practices, system design, and agile methodology. We also covered GraphQL—specifically what kinds of problems it can help address—so it wasn’t just trivia.

After that, I moved into a technical interview with team members where the coding work was split into two parts: one aligned with front-end and one aligned with back-end. They were live coding exercises, and the format felt like actively building while talking through decisions rather than just explaining.
