My interview experience was extremely short and felt low-effort. I was basically brought on and asked to introduce myself. After that, I was only asked about the difference between a chargeback and a dispute, and then the interviewer wrapped things up quickly.
There wasn’t any real discussion of my background or the role, and the overall attitude from the interviewer side was disappointing. I didn’t get an offer, and I honestly didn’t feel like the process was trying to evaluate whether I fit at all.

Average Positive India
I had what felt like a smooth, respectful interview. The interviewer was knowledgeable about the topic and genuinely attentive to how I was thinking, not just whether I could give the “right” answer.
The questions were centered on the subject matter I discussed, and they were asked in a way that tested understanding rather than tricking me. I came away feeling like the interviewer knew the right ways to evaluate a candidate, and I actually enjoyed the conversation.
