Difficult Neutral Czech Republic

My interviews were organized in a fairly structured way and were mostly technical, but what stood out to me was the challenge of communication and comfort alongside the technical bar. I had a recruiter discussion early on, and it felt like there was a bit of misunderstanding about the role—like the conversation didn’t land on the same level of experience. The technical rounds themselves were described as fair and focused on the different topics engineers are expected to know.

The later technical parts leaned into algorithmic-style problem solving, and I remember one portion where the task was supposed to be solved step by step with the interviewer. That style was interesting, but it also became difficult for me because English wasn’t my first language, and I felt the language barrier made the process harder than the technical content alone.

Average Neutral Bengaluru

I went through an early screening that felt a little misaligned with what I thought I was interviewing for. The first HR call was framed around a UI-focused full-stack background, and after that I had two rounds of technical interviews on different days, each lasting about an hour. The technical questions leaned into depth that felt more database-related than the UI angle I expected, and I remember thinking it was understandable in a general full-stack sense, but still mismatched enough to be distracting.

Both technical panels were friendly and humble, and the vibe wasn’t hostile at all—just not especially organized from an expectation-setting perspective. After the second round, communication basically dried up. I tried reaching out to HR by email and even called to request feedback, and I didn’t get a real response. The lack of closure felt especially rough because the interviews themselves had been polite.
