I went through a pretty short process: two scheduled rounds for a Software Engineer role, and the whole thing felt friendly and straightforward. The questions landed in the easy to medium range, and most of what I covered revolved around Java and Spring Boot, plus things tied back to my resume.
I felt like the interviewer was comfortable to talk with, so it never turned into an interrogation. Even so, hiring slowed down later due to a freeze, and I didn’t end up getting an offer letter. I was left with the impression that everything had gone fine technically, but timing outside the interviews ultimately decided it.
