After a recruiter call, I moved into a technical screen about a week or so later. That call lasted around an hour and focused on C++ fundamentals, digging into my past projects, and walking through a coding exercise using a shared editor/whiteboard. The tone felt conversational throughout, and what stood out was how much the interviewers cared about how I reasoned and how clearly I explained tradeoffs, not about producing a flawless answer quickly.
The final stage was a full day onsite at the Redlands campus. I went through roughly five 1-hour sessions with different engineers and managers, mixing coding, API and system design discussion, and questions around cross-platform development. Between the technical conversations, there was also behavioral discussion about how I worked with a team, plus lunch with a few people and a campus tour. I also remember the recruiter following up about a week later with a decision. Even though I advanced far enough to complete the onsite, I didn’t end up getting the role, and feedback felt vague enough that it was hard to map to any single point.

Easy Neutral Redwood City, CA
My process was almost non-existent. I applied through RippleMatch, then HR reached out to confirm my dates. After that, the interview happened, and that was it.
It was simple, and because it was so compressed, there wasn’t much time for nerves to build around a long sequence of stages or repeated conversations. The interview itself didn’t end with an offer, but the experience didn’t feel complicated either—just very brief, with no extended back-and-forth afterward.
