Average Positive Bengaluru

I experienced the process as pretty flexible and grounded in the specific skills they cared about for the role. The interviewers didn’t make it feel overly rigid; instead, they focused on matching my skill set to the requirements while also checking basic communication and behavioral fit. It felt like a straightforward screening for how I’d work day to day.

The overall journey felt light in structure—more concerned with fit than with deep testing—so I didn’t feel buried under complicated technical hurdles. I didn’t receive an offer, but it wasn’t framed like a failure of competency; it was more like they were deciding whether my profile matched what they needed. Looking back, the biggest impression I had was how much weight they put on fit and communication compared to the more intense “solve this or fail” style interviews I’d encountered elsewhere.
