After a few earlier steps that felt relevant, my final round at Epsilon ended up feeling oddly misaligned. The overall process stretched across four rounds, and while the first three cleared my expectations in terms of rigor and focus, the fourth round mostly revolved around my resignation reason—especially work-life balance—and my general knowledge of Epsilon. It wasn’t really a Business Analyst conversation, even though HR had set expectations that the role stage would stay connected.
That last panel lasted roughly twenty minutes, and I remember feeling like the conversation had a fixed, almost check-the-box mindset. Once I answered, the interview didn’t pivot back into anything BA-specific. Overall, it felt unproductive and disappointing, particularly because I’d already invested time and energy into prior rounds that were much more role-oriented. I didn’t receive an offer afterward, and the lack of alignment at that final stage stayed with me.
