After a recruiter reach-out, I had a phone conversation and then was asked to complete a technical assessment with questions similar to LeetCode. I remember feeling pretty uneasy after I submitted it because one part didn’t feel optimized. Then the recruiter got back to schedule a long, 4-hour meeting with the team, which immediately made it feel like I hadn’t been written off.
That meeting was broader than I expected: it covered behavioral, technical, and problem-solving, and it ended with a wrap-up about the company. I stayed engaged the whole time, and honestly I felt genuinely excited afterward because the discussions seemed to line up with what they were looking for.
