I started with an initial phone screening where I felt it went really well. The feedback I got afterward was encouraging: I was viewed as a strong candidate and was likely to move into the final stages.
Even with that positive signal, the process ended abruptly. I received a rejection only about two hours after the call, which honestly caught me off guard because nothing in the tone of the screening suggested it would move that quickly.
