My interview process stretched across four rounds, starting with HR scheduling and then moving into a test, a technical interview, and finally a managerial step. Up to the technical round, everything felt like it was moving forward normally, including active back-and-forth to get interview times set.
After the technical round, though, the communication completely fell apart. The HR side basically went quiet with no follow-up or feedback, even though the calls to coordinate earlier were happening repeatedly. The lack of any closure made the process feel unfinished and frustrating, especially after I’d already invested time into the earlier stages.

Instead of leetcode-style prompts, the questions were framed around building functions on top of a base scenario—so the work was more about extending existing logic cleanly than inventing everything from scratch. After that, I had no long wait through a bunch of separate interviewers; it was more like one assessment path that led directly into a final technical check.
