I went through a pretty fast, entry-level style interview that focused on how I thought and spoke rather than anything super technical. After applying, I ended up meeting with all three sales managers. The conversations were straightforward, and most of what I talked through felt like the usual “walk me through a time” style behavioral questions, which made it easier to organize my stories around examples of being organized and handling situations.
Overall the process felt easy and direct, and I walked away with the sense that they already knew what they wanted to evaluate. The whole thing matched the role pretty closely, and I ended up getting an offer. My main reflection was that being structured in how I answered mattered more than anything fancy—when I stayed organized, the questions felt to match me instead of catching me off guard.

Average Positive Chicago, IL
My process started with a recruiter phone call, and then I moved into a Zoom interview. From there, I ended up in person for the final round, so it felt like I had to keep switching modes and staying sharp across formats. The whole experience stayed professional and easygoing, and I really liked how the conversations flowed instead of feeling like a rigid Q&A.
Across the rounds, the questions stayed aligned with the job—mostly behavioral prompts like explaining past experience and how I handled different customer or sales-related situations. At some point, the sequence included an assessment before the last interview step, and even though there was a noticeable wait as things progressed, everyone I spoke with was kind and genuinely welcoming.

Interview Structure & Flow
The interview process typically begins with a recruiter phone call, followed by an assessment and an in-person or virtual final interview. The flow is generally clear and structured, with a mix of behavioral questions and practical assessments.

Behavioral Focus
Most interviews emphasize behavioral questions, often using a 'tell me about a time' format to assess past experiences and situational handling. Candidates should prepare structured responses that highlight their organizational skills and adaptability.
Candidates often participate in a shadowing session during the in-person interview, allowing them to observe the role in action and demonstrate their understanding of day-to-day responsibilities. This practical element is crucial for assessing fit.
