After I applied, I got an email right away inviting me to take a cognitive test and a personality assessment. About a week later, a recruiter reached out for a phone screen. That call was mostly about my background and how I would handle day-to-day situations, with a strong emphasis on communication and problem-solving.
Soon after, the next stage brought me into multiple rounds with leadership and a case-based component. I went through interviews with managers and also did a live case discussion with another team member. Across these conversations, the questions stayed grounded in fit and execution—how I’d approach scenarios, how I’d work through ambiguity, and how clearly I could explain my thinking.

Elsewhere in the process there were also aptitude tests and a live case focus that pushed beyond simply talking through experience. Even when the people were friendly, the overall flow felt “factory-like,” with progress that wasn’t communicated clearly across HR, managers, and the various interviewers.
