Difficult Positive Hyderābād

My process had more steps than I expected, and it was pretty hard overall. I first got through a resume shortlisting step, then moved into technical evaluation followed by a VP-level discussion, and finally an HR round.

The technical round lasted about an hour and included coding questions. The focus was strongly Java-based, including Java 8 features, collections, and OOP concepts, with some basic SQL sprinkled in. The VP-level round was also around an hour and was centered on my project experience and technology choices—more of a discussion about what I’d actually worked on.

Average Positive Kuala Lumpur

My interview felt unusually smooth and well-structured. The interviewer stayed engaged the whole time, and the conversation flowed in a way that made it easy to answer without getting thrown off.

The questions were framed in a way that let me demonstrate both my understanding and how I approached the discussion. I felt fairly prepared going in, and I was able to respond confidently instead of overthinking each prompt.
