Easy Negative Chennai

I started with a Zoom interview where connectivity issues repeatedly disrupted the call—multiple times it disconnected—and it made the whole thing feel lethargic and poorly coordinated. I still made it through to the next level, but I was surprised when the same group of interviewers reappeared for the office-based round, just with a few more people added.

In the second round, even though it was at the office premises, everyone still joined over Webex. The person who joined in person didn’t ask me anything directly, so the focus stayed on the remote interviewers. The interview stretched about an hour and it mostly revolved around my previous roles and scenario-based questions rather than deep technical probing. The role itself required both mainframe and distributed technology skills, and that mismatch became a recurring thread.

Difficult Positive Taguig

My interview process felt brief and very direct, almost like it was designed to quickly validate alignment with the exact role I was applying for. It wasn’t long or drawn out, but it still came with high standards.

Even though the structure was straightforward and targeted, I experienced it as challenging—more demanding than the short format suggested. I ended up without an offer, and the biggest takeaway was that the bar for fit felt high right from the start, without much time to “find your footing” in a more relaxed conversation.
