Difficult Negative Pune

My process moved quickly into a technical-focused flow: I started with an online test, then went straight into face-to-face technical evaluation, and later into a manager level round. The total timeline felt like it was contained—roughly in the span of a couple of hours for the onsite experience, with multiple interviews happening back to back.

At the in-person stage, the technical rounds felt broad and deep. One interviewer began with a mix of algorithmic and data structure questions, then shifted into discussion about my CV. The next part of the day included a use case tied to the technology, where I had to do a more thorough analysis rather than just jump to code. I also had a conversation with senior leadership where distributed systems, big data, AI, and machine learning came up, along with questions about the role itself. There was also a final HR touchpoint at the end.

Difficult Positive Pune

What stood out most about my experience was how smooth and organized it felt. The process ran for five rounds: first a practical assignment that I could complete either at home or on the day of the face-to-face, then a technical interview, then a manager level interview that was still technical, and a director round that mixed in senior-level discussion. Finally, there was an HR round.

Each stage felt competitive but fair, and the interviewers came across as skillful and friendly. I also remember the experience being comfortable in the small details—there was breakfast and drinks provided while I was on site, and I left with a goody.
