My interview process started with a call with the hiring manager, and after that it moved into a peer interview. A big piece of the loop for me was a take-home task where I had to prepare a demo presentation—either a demo of Dropbox or a project I was comfortable presenting. It felt like they wanted to see how I could translate work into something understandable.

After the take-home, I went to a panel-style final interview. It was scheduled as a presentation-like setting, and I was trying to land both communication and technical clarity during the discussion. There wasn’t meaningful feedback afterward; I asked a couple of times for updates, but mostly I just waited.
