Easy Positive Boston, MA

I started with a recruiter call where we talked about my experience and what role I was targeting. Because I hadn’t worked with the company’s backend language (.NET), I leaned toward the front-end track instead, and the recruiter was supportive about routing me there.

The next round was a live coding challenge where the main constraint was having the basic data structures down, including maps and sets, and then focusing on runtime optimization. After that, I had a longer onsite block lasting about three hours with three interviews: an OO design problem, a team dynamics discussion, and a technical deep dive into a project I’d done before. The OO design portion gave me a wireframe-style mockup and asked how I’d lay out components and connect data from the backend.
