Average Positive Pune

I started with a recruiter-style screening that quickly moved into a structured assessment flow. Before any interviews, I went through an online aptitude test covering general quant/aptitude plus an English component, followed by a psychometric assessment. Then there was an articulation round where I had to speak on an on-the-spot topic.

The first interview round felt fairly approachable: it began with introductions and a discussion of what I knew about marketing and performance marketing. I also had to share marketing ideas from companies I found interesting, compare traditional marketing versus performance marketing, and work through a case-study style question. There were also lighter personal topics like hobbies and the problem I’d solved in the past, plus some math and guesstimation-style calculations.

Average Neutral Pune

My process ran through multiple elimination-style stages and stretched across several rounds. I first had aptitude and psychometric screens, then there was a communication-oriented round before I moved into the more technical parts.

After the earlier assessments, I went through a technical interview round that included math basics and problem-solving discussions, with an emphasis on how I approached questions rather than just the final answer. There were also guesstimate questions and prompts tied to different technical role expectations.
