I started with an HR screening, and the whole thing moved quickly. After I was shortlisted, I went through two technical discussions, then finished with a conversation with a director. What stood out most was how smooth and efficient it felt—there were clear updates and I was getting feedback promptly, often within a day.
Technically, the rounds were just described as technical discussions, but the rhythm of the process was what made it feel easy to follow: each step led directly into the next and there wasn’t much waiting around. I left each round feeling like they understood what they were evaluating and that I was moving forward through a real pipeline.

Average Neutral Bengaluru
My process felt long and a bit uneasy right from the technical side. After getting through early steps, I ended up in three technical rounds, with the last one stretching past two hours as the interviewer kept bouncing across different topics. By that point I could feel the pressure building, and I even had to show my discomfort to slow things down and get the interview to end.
Scheduling and follow-through also made the experience harder than it needed to be. After I was shortlisted, it took over two weeks to get the first technical interview scheduled because of offshore team unavailability. When the call finally happened, it was comparatively basic—Java fundamentals and questions about whether I had experience with microservices and databases. I answered confidently, but then there was no response for over a week. I had to email to get clarity, and it turned out my profile wasn’t selected. When I asked for feedback, nothing was provided.
