After applying, I started with a quick screening call with Talent Acquisition where the focus was my background and overall fit. If that went well, I moved into a video conversation with the hiring manager. That second round leaned heavily into getting a clear picture of my experience and how I thought about the role, with a lot of behavioral questions and the usual “tell me about yourself” / walk-through-your-resume structure.
