My interview journey leaned heavily on how I approached real enterprise-style problems. I went through two levels of interviews where the questions were technical and grounded in implementation choices, including architecture thinking and best practices. It wasn’t just abstract knowledge—they kept circling back to how I’d solve a business problem with technology in an enterprise-grade way.
Throughout, the emphasis wasn’t only on correctness. It also felt like they wanted to see how I explained my approach and how I would structure my reasoning when there were multiple constraints. The team and management vibe was supportive, which made it easier to go deeper instead of staying surface-level.

Difficult Positive Hyderābād
I went through a very interview-heavy but still fairly low-pressure-looking flow. Over about two weeks, I spoke with three people—two senior engineers and then a hiring manager. The conversations were mostly centered on the projects I’d listed on my resume, and I didn’t see any technical questioning in the way I expected.
Everything about the way it ran felt efficient: no coding gauntlet, just discussions at senior levels. HR wasn’t part of the same conversation thread I described, but overall the experience was smooth, and the recruiter side was responsive. At the end, I was offered the role.
