The interview process started with an online assessment with DSA/coding questions, then moved into a sequence of technical rounds. After that initial screen, I had a technical interview with a senior engineer, followed by a live coding round where I expected to go deeper into problem solving.
By the time I reached the final round, it had the feel of a tightening sequence—more hands-on and less conversational. I was not surprised that the evaluation was technical, but I was disappointed that I didn’t proceed after the last step. The overall outcome was rejection without an offer, and the process ended there after that multi-round run.

Average Positive Germany
I went through a pretty structured, step-by-step process that felt organized and friendly. First there was a recruiter conversation, then I moved into a technical interview that lasted about an hour. The coding challenge in that round came with additional technical questions, and most of what they asked tied back to my CV and background.
Next was a behavioral interview of about an hour, where I talked through my past experience and how I’d handle situations that come up in a production environment. They also asked a few technical questions mixed into that discussion. After that, I had a bar raiser style interview with a live coding component alongside a deep dive into my previous experience—so it wasn’t just writing code; they wanted to connect the code and decisions back to how I’d worked before.
