I went through an overall pretty pleasant, straightforward process that felt focused on fit rather than trying to trip me up. After that, the next step was more of a conversational interview rather than a stressful interrogation. I introduced myself at the start and the other person did too, then we moved into questions about my experience and how I’d approach the responsibilities. The pace was calm and the tone felt professional throughout, and the process ended naturally once the discussion wrapped up.
