I came in through a referral, and the process turned out to be unusually slow. After the interviews, I often waited more than a month just to get feedback, which made the whole thing feel drawn out and a little draining.

The questions spanned a broad range of topics, and while nothing felt “crazy hard,” the overall standard was clearly high. The coding portion surprised me by being fairly chill in practice: the systems programming questions were in Python and focused on things like implementing syncing to a mock database, where the key was to move quickly, think through the approach, and explain what I was doing as I went.
