Difficult Positive Buenos Aires

Mi proceso duró poco y se sintió bastante ordenado de punta a punta. Hice siete instancias en total, con entrevistas con distintos roles del equipo y, al final, una ronda enfocada en fit cultural. Desde el principio me explicaron bien qué esperar en cada etapa y el ritmo fue prolijo, sin vueltas.

Lo que más me exigió fue un ejercicio basado en un caso concreto: me plantearon una situación y el objetivo era ver cómo abordaba el problema y cómo pensaba mientras trabajaba con el contexto del cliente. No era solo hablar de teoría; sentí que buscaban claridad en mi criterio y en mi manera de encarar conversaciones difíciles.

Recuerdo que todo empezó con una llamada del recruiter, bastante conversada y con preguntas típicas de screening sobre mi experiencia general, mis expectativas de salario y mi disponibilidad. Como a los pocos días me reuní con el hiring manager para profundizar en cómo manejaba un volumen alto de escalaciones y de problemas, además de cómo priorizaba a los clientes y qué hacía frente a situaciones difíciles. Me sorprendió lo “charlado” que fue el formato: no se sentía como un interrogatorio, más bien como una conversación con foco en mi forma de trabajar.

Después vino una ronda de case study / role play. Unos días antes del día de la entrevista me enviaron un prompt con problemas concretos que enfrentaba un cliente simulado y, durante la llamada, tuve que responder abordando esas necesidades. La intención no era acertar perfecto, sino mostrar cómo pensaba y cómo me movía cuando el problema no era teórico. Luego entrevisté con la Head of Customer Success, otra vez con una dinámica parecida a la del hiring manager, volviendo a mi enfoque en CS.
