Average Negative Ciudad de Mexico

I went through a fairly structured interview that started with a panel-style conversation. A hiring manager led the first part with behavioral questions and discussion of my past projects, and I felt like they were taking notes as we went. After that, the technical section shifted into OOP and test automation territory, and then I moved into coding exercises with the mix landing on C# algorithm work plus a couple of quick SQL questions.

The pacing felt normal for about an hour overall, and what stood out was how interactive they were after each step—I got small feedback as I answered. It still ended without an offer, even though the coding side went smoothly and the whole panel was professional and friendly. I walked out feeling reasonably confident, but it was clear they had their own bar for the role.

Difficult Negative Manila, Manila

My experience matched a “multiple technical rounds” pattern that felt demanding from the start. The first round was a technical discussion with a senior developer that wasn’t purely coding; it focused heavily on C# programming concepts and SQL knowledge. If I couldn’t show that depth there, it was hard to imagine moving forward. The next round added a coding component in an easy LeetCode-style problem plus a SQL design exercise where they expected me to model tables from a scenario.

The final round was the tough one. It was timed and they expected a medium-to-hard level coding challenge in about 25–30 minutes, and I felt the clock pressure immediately. On top of the coding, they also expected familiarity with front-end tech like CSS and React/Angular and they asked deeper follow-ups about my prior experience.
