The first part of my process felt very supportive and structured. I had an HR-style conversation where the recruiter acted like a guide, sharing plenty of information about how the interviews would run and what to expect. The process still took time, but it felt organized—roughly around a month depending on schedules.
Then I moved into technical rounds. There was an initial live/structured coding stage that felt like LeetCode-medium in difficulty, and after that I ran into system design and behavioral-style conversations. In my case, the coding didn’t remain purely interview-style: I also saw a HackerRank assessment with LeetCode-like questions, followed by an HR interview and another medium coding interview with additional coding and behavior.

I kicked things off with an intro meeting a few days after I got the invitation. The interviewer asked me about my experience, what I’d built before, and the tech stack I’d worked with. We also spent time on the product—she was curious about how I thought about the flow and asked me to walk through it end to end. It felt pretty welcoming, and I appreciated that my notice period could be flexible and that I could choose from different work locations.
After that, I moved to a first technical round that was very leetcode-style, easy-to-medium range. I had an hour to solve two problems, and the expectation was that I’d explain my algorithm, including why I chose specific data structures and what the time complexity would be. I managed to get traction on the first problem, but I couldn’t carry through the second one in time, and that’s where things slipped.
