Difficult Positive Amsterdam

I applied through a referral, and the recruiter reached out quickly. After a chat, I scheduled a phone screen. The process sounded pretty standard—phone screen first, then team matching, followed by four rounds of interviews—but I didn’t pass the phone screen.

The main thing I remember is that the problem wasn’t especially hard. Still, it wasn’t enough for them to move me forward, which made the rejection feel more about fit than about difficulty.

Easy Positive Aarhus

My process started with a recruiter screening, and it was pretty professional and pleasant. It opened with a quick set of questions about me, and then the recruiter answered my questions too, which made the call feel balanced rather than one-sided.

What I remember most was how the recruiter introduced the teams in the Aarhus office and talked about the kinds of projects people were working on. That context helped me understand the environment a bit better, and it lowered the stress of not knowing what “good” looked like.
