The technical portion in my process had a practical angle that stood out. After HR and the initial technical discussions, I reached a later stage where I had an assignment that required writing code in React. The task focused on building a form and adding validations using React state and hooks like useState and other related patterns.
It wasn’t just theoretical—I had to implement a real, working flow with the UI behavior tied to the validation logic. The difficulty felt realistic for a software engineer role: the main challenge was translating requirements into correct component behavior, not just demonstrating that I knew React names.

My process had a few distinct phases and it moved quickly. It started with an English check call, followed by technical interviews, and it felt like the difficulty ramped up as I answered questions correctly.
