At the beginning, communication felt professional, but the timeline quickly went sideways. After my initial interviews, I was told to expect a response in about ten days, and then nothing happened for well over a month. During that stretch I had to reach out myself to find out what was going on, only to get vague explanations and being redirected to another recruiter because the original contact was tied up elsewhere.
I also experienced a similar pattern after clearing internal technical rounds. HR had said they would schedule the client interview later, but after that step I heard nothing back. I followed up multiple times by phone and email, and still didn’t get a response.
