Average Negative Milan

My interview journey started with an HR and introductory conversation where we covered my current salary, what I thought about the company’s vision, and what I wanted next personally. After that, I had a more technical interview with a manager where I walked through the stack and tools I’d been using and how that mapped to their environment.

Even though the early parts sounded aligned, the outcome was disappointing. When an offer came up, it didn’t seem to match the requests I had made, and the final result wasn’t something I could consider. I ended up declining it.

Easy Positive Bogota, Cundinamarca

After I applied, the first contact was a recruiter call where they explained the role and walked through what they were looking for. Then I had to complete a cognitive skills assessment. Once that was done, I moved into a conversation with my direct manager where I talked through my work experience, why I wanted to join, and how the team area was structured.

The rest of the process felt pretty straightforward: I ended up with multiple interviews that stayed focused on business and fit rather than anything overly technical. I was asked questions that tested how well I understood the company and how my experience connected to what they do, and the vibe was relaxed enough that it didn’t feel like a high-stakes grilling.

Technical Assessments & Case Studies

Some interviews included technical assessments or case studies, such as market sizing and business cases, which required structured thinking and problem-solving skills. The difficulty of these assessments varied, with some candidates finding them challenging and misaligned with the role's expectations.

Group Dynamics & Collaboration

Group assessments are a common part of the process, where candidates engage in collaborative tasks and presentations, allowing interviewers to evaluate teamwork and communication skills. This format can create a less intimidating environment but may also feel competitive.

Outcome & Offer Expectations

Despite many candidates feeling positive about the interview experience, several reported not receiving offers, often due to mismatches in expectations regarding roles or compensation. This highlights the importance of clear communication about offers throughout the process.
