My process felt long and deliberate, like it was designed to evaluate me from multiple angles. It started with recruiter-style conversations, then moved through rounds that included a hiring manager touchpoint and additional interviews with potential colleagues, with most sessions lasting about an hour. The tone stayed consistently friendly and professional, and I never felt put on the spot in a way that made me uncomfortable.
Along the way, there was also a technical challenge that came with a presentation component. I had to work through the exercise time assigned and then talk through what I did and why, before answering questions from the people interviewing me. Even though I expected at least a few surprises, the most intense part was clearly the technical work itself—the challenge felt like the hardest test of the whole journey, and I remember needing to lean on the documentation and concepts without it being fully “plug-and-play.”

Average Positive London, England
The process I went through felt like it was built around multiple phone conversations, especially during the COVID period. I spoke with a few managers and directors, and the flow took quite a while end to end. One round involved a more practical technical walkthrough using a provided guide, where I also demonstrated a software of my choice.
What surprised me was how many of the other interviews leaned heavily on rapid-fire question-and-answer about sales basics, without much scenario work. The sessions felt like short bursts of “how-to” questions, and there were moments where the interviewers seemed reluctant to talk through what day-to-day life in the role actually looked like. Overall, it gave off a vibe of testing whether I could follow their established sales process.
