I went through a pretty structured, five-stage loop. First I had an HR interview, then moved into a technical interview. After that, I did a home project, which became the center of the next round. I sat for another technical interview where we dug deeper into my project and I also got system-design style questions. The final step was an interview with the manager.
Overall it felt like an orderly progression from fit, to technical ability, to something hands-on at home, and then back to technical depth and system design. The whole journey was fairly average in difficulty for me, and I didn’t end up getting an offer, though the flow felt coherent from start to finish.

After that, I moved into the next round and the pace stayed tight—like everything was happening across a couple of weeks, with the last interviews clustered together. I had a Codility home coding task before the tougher rounds, and honestly it was the hardest part of the whole process. The work was fair and focused on one problem with a two-hour window, with camera on the entire time, which added some pressure but also made me feel like I could show what I could actually do.
