Average Negative O'Fallon, MO

The sequence I went through was pretty direct: I had an initial recruiter interview, then an in-person meeting with the finance manager. The whole thing immediately felt off because the finance manager was running about 20+ minutes late for a discussion that was only scheduled for half an hour.

Once we finally spoke, the time felt rushed and oddly sparse—I only got asked a couple of questions. I remember walking out feeling like I hadn’t been given much of an opportunity to actually cover the things I thought mattered for the role.

Average Positive Saint Louis, MO

I had a fairly simple interview experience that played out in a single day, meeting three different people. It didn’t feel stretched out or overly complex, and I heard back within about a week.

The questions themselves felt familiar and straightforward, almost like they were pulled from widely known practice topics rather than something overly obscure. The whole thing was casual enough that it was easier to focus on explaining my background clearly.
