I started with an online assessment that felt very leetcode-heavy. The test included two harder LeetCode-style problems plus two analytical medium questions, and it also wrapped in a separate prompt-engineering question. The whole thing was done remotely, and it was the only technical stage I recall from that part of the process.
Even though it was clearly structured, it also immediately set a high bar for difficulty. By the time I finished, I was pretty sure the assessment was designed to filter for both strong coding and more niche reasoning about prompts. I didn’t get an offer, and I mostly remember it as a tough, math-and-algorithms-style gate that ran with little room for nuance.
