My first real stage was a technical-heavy round that felt difficult but fair. It included a good amount of technical questioning, and the expectation was accuracy. The interviewer pressed on both theoretical and practical understanding, so it wasn’t enough to only know the basics—I had to be precise.
Later, the process also included another interview layer that was more about fit and capability, which made the overall flow feel like they were checking both depth and alignment. I also had a manager-level conversation that was described as doable, but it still depended on how clearly I could explain my background.

Difficult Neutral Noida
My process started with a tighter, more academic-style flow. First there was an online exam, then a group discussion where the topic centered on whether AI would take over jobs. After that, I had technical interviews that focused a lot on OOPS and SQL.
In SQL, the questions revolved around core fundamentals like joins and normal forms. In OOPS, it felt like they covered a wider range of topics rather than staying shallow. The interviews were still conducted in a supportive way, but the subject matter was definitely where the difficulty lived.
