Average Negative Dubai

I got pulled in by a recruiter and then the process turned into a remote cycle with a hiring manager and sales. I kept moving through interviews and felt like I passed the rounds, so I was expecting next steps to follow quickly.

Instead, after I was done, I basically went silent. Even after I reached out by email for updates, I didn’t hear back. The lack of communication felt careless and unprofessional, and it really soured the experience more than the interviews themselves.

Difficult Positive United States

After speaking with a hiring manager and a senior team member about my background, I got pulled into a technical challenge that felt very hands-on. I had to work through a vulnerability scenario on a Windows virtual machine—basically choosing an avenue of attack, showing how access could be gained, and then walking through the sequence like it was an end-to-end incident.

Once I demonstrated what the attack could do, I had to shift into a different mode: discussing how CrowdStrike could have prevented or detected issues at each step of the “attack.” It wasn’t just about proving I could execute; the conversation turned into defensive thinking and alerting throughout the chain.
