1. What is a Business Analyst at CRIF?
As a Business Analyst at CRIF, you play a vital role in bridging the gap between business needs and advanced technological solutions. You operate within a global, innovative environment specializing in credit information, decision models, outsourcing, software, and consultancy services that support major banks, financial institutions, insurance companies, utilities, and enterprises. Your day-to-day contributions directly influence how digital products, credit bureaus, anti-fraud systems, and global KYC platforms are designed, deployed, and scaled for international markets.
In this position, you drive the functional analysis lifecycle from end to end. You gather complex requirements, conduct feasibility analyses, draft functional design documentation and Software Requirements Specifications (SRS), and plan test cases to ensure seamless software delivery. Whether you are collaborating with the Business Unit Product Management Bi Finance & Other Industries or contributing to the Global KYC and Anti-Fraud Finance Services, you work closely with cross-functional teams including software engineering, sales, legal, and global technology.
The work is fast-paced, intellectually stimulating, and heavily tied to real-world financial systems and data intelligence. You will encounter challenges requiring sharp analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and a strong understanding of database architectures and business processes. While expectations are high, CRIF offers a dynamic, collaborative atmosphere where continuous learning and structured professional growth are actively cultivated.
