My process kicked off with a recruiter call, then I had a short conversation with the hiring manager about the role and my background. After that, I was invited onsite to the Atlanta campus for a panel interview with three people: two Principal Engineers and one Senior Software Engineer.
Onsite, I ended up doing two medium LeetCode-style coding questions along with the panel conversation. The interviews went really well, and I was told right after that I had passed and they planned to move forward. The part that caught me off guard was how slow the communication turned out to be. My original recruiter was laid off due to budget issues, and after about 5.5 weeks with no updates, I finally reached out to a new recruiter. I was then told they’d moved forward with another candidate.

Average Negative United States
I went through an initial recruiter call where we reviewed my resume and confirmed I was interested. The recruiter also prepped me that the technical stage would be LeetCode-like, so I came in expecting a coding-focused problem.
The next round was a technical interview, but the format surprised me. Instead of a typical coding question, it leaned more toward a React interview. I had to shift gears quickly and rely more on frontend thinking than algorithm practice. The recruiter had set one expectation, and the technical portion ended up testing a different skill set, but the overall experience still felt manageable because it was clearly technical.
